Families (aka our Rising Village) complete a quick profile sharing their goals, child’s interests, and areas where they could use support—think budgeting, braiding, bike repair, and beyond.
Village Elevate will match you with a vetted, background-checked mentor based on your family’s needs and vibe. Elevators bring real-life experience, cultural understanding, and a heart for service.
Step 2: Meet Your Elevator
You’ll work together to schedule flexible sessions—virtual or in-person—focused on building confidence and skills that matter. Sessions are practical, positive, and full of encouragement.
Step 3: Set Your Schedule
Families grow. Kids thrive. And Elevators walk alongside them, one life lesson at a time. You’ll receive periodic check-ins from our team to make sure the match continues to serve your goals.
Step 4: Grow and Glow Together
Village Elevate is more than a match—it’s a movement. We offer ongoing resources, community events, and even new Elevators as your needs grow or shift.
